Transformational Hub is operated by Transformational Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Transformational Hub or any product or service made available through it (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Transformational Hub is a self-directed personal growth tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychiatric care, or a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis or experiencing severe emotional distress, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Transformational Hub offers a daily practice made up of inner tools, coaching prompts, tiny actions, and an Alignment Score. Features and available tools may change over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available, or that it will produce specific results in your life.
You retain all rights to reflections, journal entries, answers, and other content you submit or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Some parts of the Service use AI to generate prompts, reflections, or suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. AI output is not professional advice.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, and branding, is owned by Transformational Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if any), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Where paid subscriptions are offered, they are sold through our reseller, Paddle. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated policy violations, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transformational Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Transformational Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transformational Hub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.
